After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at 21 and experiencing debilitating symptoms, Vanessa chose a different path. Through nutrition, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, and deep mindset work, she reversed her symptoms and has been medication-free for over 13 years.
