Kaleidoscope

Wednesday, September 2 - Saturday, September 5, 2026

For the woman who feels called to explore a deeper truth through expanded states of consciousness, embodied practice, and self-discovery.

Not to fix yourself.
But to welcome every part of yourself home.

Like a kaleidoscope, we are made of many shifting pieces; some luminous, some hidden, all belonging. With each turn comes a new perspective, fragmented parts reorganizing into something meaningful and whole. A kaleidoscope is also the collective noun for a group of butterflies, symbolizing transformation, emergence, and becoming alongside one another.

Curated for a small group of women, this immersive experience invites a deeper exploration of Self through expanded states of consciousness, embodiment, and the wisdom of the natural world alongside its plant allies.

With intentional preparation leading into the experience and continued integration support beyond it, Kaleidoscope honours transformation not through fixing who we are, but through remembering the deep wisdom already living within us.

Program Rhythm

  • The journey begins before arrival. You will be supported through a thoughtfully curated preparation process including a 1:1 preparation call, a live group session, and a self-guided preparation manual designed to cultivate clarity, intentionality, and readiness for deeper self-exploration.

  • You arrive, ground, and intentionally unwind from the outside world. Through somatic practice, reflection, nature immersion, and opening circle, you are gently guided into deeper presence with yourself and the group. The day closes with intention-setting practices designed to cultivate clarity, safety, and readiness for the journey ahead.

  • Held within a carefully curated ceremonial container, you journey through expanded states of consciousness supported by music, somatic awareness, grounded facilitation, and the wisdom of plant allies. The day invites honest self-exploration, emotional opening, and encounter with both shadow and light, followed by spacious reflection and processing.

  • The focus shifts toward embodiment, meaning-making, and integration. Through movement, nature-based integration practices, sound healing, reflective exercises, and creative expression, you begin translating insight into grounded self-awareness and meaningful shifts in everyday life.

  • The final morning offers space for reconnection through reflection and future self anchoring practices. Together, we close the experience in circle, integrating what has emerged and exploring how to carry the experience forward into your life.

  • Integration support continues beyond the immersive experience through three months of a guided virtual integration program, an open group integration chat, and a live group integration call to support continued reflection, embodiment, and connection. If desired, additional 1:1 integration support is available upon request.

Guided by Erin + Lisa

Hi, I’m Erin,

As a sensitive soul, I naturally took on helping roles early in life. My path into nursing made sense, often prioritizing the needs of others before my own.

A deeper calling led me to yoga teacher training in Costa Rica (where Lisa and I crossed paths). This became the catalyst for a transformative chapter of self-discovery through expanded states of consciousness.

With 10+ years experience working in mental health, it was not long before I recognized the limitations within conventional healthcare. I gravitated towards more holistic approaches and shifted my focus to psychedelic-assisted therapy. For the past 5 years, I’ve supported people navigating the complexities of both intergenerational pain and healing.

Through lived and learned experience, I’ve developed a sincere trust in each person’s innate capacity to heal, and clarified my own role in that process. I bring forth my authentic essence and embodied attunement, allowing a deeper wisdom to reveal itself.

Hi, I’m Lisa,

For much of my life, I felt there were parts of myself waiting to be felt, known, and liberated. Over time, expanded states of consciousness became one of the ways I was able to meet myself more honestly, helping me move beyond the stories and patterns I had outgrown and into deeper alignment with what felt true.

For the past 20 years, I’ve guided people through healing and self-exploration through a blend of therapeutic bodywork, Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy healing, somatic practices, breathwork, movement, meditation, sound, and work within expanded states of consciousness.

At the heart of my work is a deep reverence for the intelligence of the body and our capacity for self-knowing, integration, and becoming when held within intentional care and presence.

My role is not to fix or reshape who someone is, but to help create the conditions where deeper truth, wholeness, and liberation can emerge.
