Returning to Rhythm
09/03/2026 to 16/03/2026
A seven-day guided experience for slowing down and reconnecting with your inner rhythm.
Returning to Rhythm is a five-day guided experience designed to help you step out of constant urgency and reconnect with a more natural pace of living.
Across the week, participants move through simple daily practices that create moments of pause within everyday routines. These practices are paired with guided reflection and small group conversations that support clarity, attention, and presence.
The experience begins with an opening gathering and closes with a final integration session. Between these moments, participants follow short daily prompts that invite quiet observation and gentle adjustments to the rhythm of the day.
The program is intentionally held in a small group so that the experience can remain thoughtful, personal, and unhurried.
Duration: 5 days
Program Cost: $$$$
Sample Itinerary
-
We begin with a live opening session where participants are introduced to the rhythm of the experience.
Together we explore the idea of slowing down and noticing the pace of daily life. Participants receive the reflection guide and the first daily practice.
-
This day focuses on simple observation.
Participants follow a short prompt that invites them to notice their routines, energy patterns, and the environments they move through. A brief journaling reflection helps capture what emerges.
-
The practices deepen into moments of quiet attention.
Participants explore guided prompts that help clarify what their attention is naturally drawn toward and what may be asking to shift.
-
Participants reflect on the rhythms that feel supportive and those that feel misaligned.
A short exercise invites participants to experiment with small adjustments that bring more steadiness and intention into everyday life.
-
We gather again as a group to reflect on the experience of the week.
Participants share insights, integrate what they’ve discovered, and explore how these practices can continue beyond the program.
