Aliveness

An intimate experience designed to help capable, self-aware mothers reconnect with the vitality that once felt natural to them.

Thursday, July 23 - Sunday, July 26th, 2026

Somewhere along the way, between work, errands, school schedules, and taking care of everything for everyone else, your sense of aliveness has been fading.

From the outside you look steady, successful, and composed. Inside, it feels like something important has been disappearing: you.

This program is not your typical wellness retreat. It is designed for women who have already done a lot of inner work. You have been to therapy, read the books, explored mindset, and understand your patterns. Yet you still feel like you have reached a ceiling you can’t seem to break through.

And there’s a reason: insight alone can only take you so far.

  • Most of the patterns that shape how you react, connect, and carry stress actually live in the body and nervous system. The Aliveness: Guided Program works at that level. Through somatic practices and guided experiences, you begin to release and decondition the survival patterns held in the body so the mind, body, and spirit can come back into alignment.

When that alignment returns, something powerful returns with it. Presence. Energy. Vitality. Aliveness.

Over the course of the program, you will experience guided somatic practices, reflective conversations, and restorative time in nature designed to move you beyond awareness and into real change. You will share the experience with a small group of seven to nine thoughtful women who also understand what it means to carry a lot while still wanting more depth, presence, and joy in their lives.

Aliveness also introduces the world’s first Living Table experience.

This immersive somatic dining journey invites you to explore emotion through the senses. Each course features an emotion expressed and to be experienced through food and is paired with guided reflection and embodied awareness somatic practice, creating a powerful shared experience of connection, curiosity, and discovery.

Together, these experiences have been designed to create the conditions for something many women have been quietly longing for. To stop just coping with life, but to reconnect with their aliveness inside it again.

Come with a full mind and a quiet heart. Leave with a full heart and quiet mind.

  • 3 nights accommodation, all farm-to-table meals, wellness beverages and snacks, guided programming, and full access to property + amenities.

Program Rythym

  • The first day is designed to help you land and settle into the retreat. Many of you will likely arrive carrying the pace and pressure of your everyday life, so our opening evening together is intentionally gentle.

You will have time to explore the grounds, settle into your room, meet your roommate, and enjoy dinner at your own pace. Later we will gather for a welcome circle and opening ceremony. This is where we will connect as a group, share the intention behind Aliveness, and begin with a grounding somatic practice designed to help your nervous system slow down and ground.

  • Our first full day together focuses on deepening your awareness of the patterns that shape your reactions, relationships, and your sense of self. Through guided somatic practices and reflective exercises, you will begin to more intentionally notice how your body responds to stress and emotional triggers. Rather than overriding those responses, you will learn how to work with them and understand the signals your body is communicating.

In the evening we gather for The Living Table. This immersive somatic dining experience will invite you to explore emotion through food, sensation, and guided reflection. Each course is designed around a different emotional theme, offering a playful and often surprising way to experience connection, embodiment, and shared discovery.

  • On the third day we move deeper into integration. You will explore practices that highlight the role emotional safety plays in creativity, connection, and purpose.

As your nervous system settles, you will begin to explore your relationship with the concept of “safety”, how this uniquely shows up for you, and how to create it for yourself. You will experience new clarity around the interplay between stress responses and safety in your body, and how you want to move forward in your life and relationships.

In the evening we will gather for a healing ceremony guided by an elder healer. This ceremony offers space to gently release what you may still be carrying and to open to new beginnings. The evening will close with a calming breathing practice to settle the nervous system and welcome a deeply restful night of sleep.

  • Our final morning is spacious and reflective. You will have time to enjoy the surroundings, journal, walk the grounds, or simply sit with the experience of the past few days.

We will gather one last time for our closing ceremony. This ceremony creates space to reflect on what you are taking with you from the retreat and to set intentions for how you want to carry this sense of aliveness forward once you return home.

Guided by Vivian Meraki

Vivian Meraki is a family relationship expert, somatic coach, published author, and speaker devoted to helping high-achieving conscious mothers reconnect with their aliveness and themselves again.

After a successful 25-year career in marketing leadership, Vivian made a life-altering decision at 40 to leave the life that looked perfect on paper in order to reconnect with the part of herself that had quietly disappeared. That journey led her to somatic healing and a profound realization: you can’t think your way back to yourself. You feel your way back... through the body.

  • Today, Vivian helps mothers reconnect with their aliveness and feel like themselves again: rebuilding self-trust, reclaiming their inner sovereignty, and recognizing the woman they’ve always been beneath years of conditioning and survival. She is a regular guest expert on national television and media platforms, including Breakfast Television, CTV Your Morning, and CP24. Her bestselling book Parenting Through Divorce has supported families around the world and been described as a lifeline and a warm hug.

Through coaching, workshops, retreats, and speaking, Vivian guides people back to the most powerful place they can stand: fully alive in their own life.
