Prospective members complete a short application to ensure alignment with the values and rhythm of the community. The intention is to bring together individuals who value collective wellbeing, personal evolution, and a respectful relationship with the land.

A $400 CAD credit card authorization is required when submitting the application. Applications are reviewed within 72 hours. If accepted, the authorization is applied to the first year of membership. If not accepted, it is released.

Members receive access to the booking portal where they may request dates, reserve one or more suites, and add optional services such as food or experiences. Booking requests are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours.

A self-led stay may include one suite, multiple suites, or all suites for a private property booking. Each suite accommodates up to two adults and up to two children.

A member must be onsite for the full duration of the visit and is responsible for invited guests.

Self-led stays are intended for personal use. Paid events, retreats, or organized programs may not be hosted without prior consultation and approval.

Each suite accommodates up to two adults and up to two children. Children are included and do not add additional cost. Forest bunkies are adults only.

The Terra, Birch, and Sage suites within the Tetra are available year-round. Forest bunkies are available May through September.

Self-led stays may be booked with a minimum of one week’s notice through the member booking portal. A minimum stay of one night applies. Booking requests are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours.

Members always receive first priority for available spaces in guided programs. Programs are intentionally limited in size to maintain a thoughtful and personal environment.

Members have access to Arvo’s core amenities, including the sauna, cold plunge, forest trails, chefs kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and creative lounges designed for rest, gathering, and quiet work.

Membership renews automatically each year unless cancellation is provided prior to the renewal date. Membership contributions are non-refundable once processed.
